Overall objective

 Specific objectives

- Re-define Community of Interest (CoI)  and the Community of Practice (CoP)

- Establish a ZALO and facebook fanpage communicate platforms for CoPs. This is for sharing related information/new policy/idea between the CoP members. The fanpage is operated as a hub communication and dissemination between CoI members. The existing fanpage of MekongNET will take consider as an potentail for next updating and developing. This hub is managed and maintain by a CTU staff during the project duration and after the closure as well

- Reconigze Local sharing on practical problems/solutions/measures according the delta's sub-zone

- 4 workshops for 13 provinces at Mekong delta
